Attorney Yazdani has extensive experience in federal immigration litigation, including mandamus actions challenging prolonged government delays. Through his federal court litigation, he has advanced legal arguments that have contributed to the developing jurisprudence concerning agency delay, administrative processing, and judicial review of immigration decisions, with cases he litigated continuing to be cited by federal courts nationwide. Before founding Yazdani Law, Attorney Yazdani practiced immigration law at Bloomfield & Kempf, where the firm’s immigration practice was recognized as a Tier 1 practice in Columbus by U.S. News – Best Lawyers. He has also served as the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) ICE Liaison in Ohio, helping facilitate communication between immigration practitioners and Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Attorney Yazdani has written about immigration law for Columbus Bar Association publications, presented on immigration law, and taught continuing legal education courses for other attorneys.
